What is the optimal burn time and care?
To ensure a clean burn, trim your wick to 1/4" before each lighting. Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to prevent tunneling. Our standard candles offer a burn time of approximately 50-60 hours.
What makes your candles clean and skin-safe?
We use a proprietary blend of organic coconut and soy wax, free from parabens, phthalates, and toxins. Our fragrances are dermatologically tested and safe for skin contact in our concentrated wax forms.
What are your processing and shipping times?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via carbon-neutral carriers. You will receive a tracking number once your atmosphere has been shipped.
How do you handle returns and exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for unused items in original packaging within 14 days. If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo for a replacement.
